The room was adequate but compared to the price you pay it is very poor. The room was dirty. The bed sheet had hairs and stains on it. The shower drain did not work so the water almost ran into the room. We asked to clean the room, but they then cleaned it again with dirty brushes, which had no effect. They also changed the sheets when we asked, which is very nice, but the new sheets were just as dirty with stains and hairs. The staff is friendly and they want to help you, but the result is not worth the price at all.

Location of hotel is very bad, it is accessible by car 700 meter you have to walk even last 150 meter is filthy lane. there is no exhaust fan in bathroom no geyser even in the room there is no window. Food section is not good, very limited dishes are available in lunch or dinner there is no variety in breakfast. The only plus point of this hotel are stuff their behavior are very good.

ESPERIENZA PESSIMA!!! Arriviamo la mattina presto in Hotel, chiediamo la camera migliore e ci fanno vedere la loro best room in terrazza 4 piano e fin qui nulla di male. Scendiamo e diamo i nostri documenti per il check in; prezzo per notte 3000 rupie. Ci dicono di attendere fino alle 11 per il check in. Usciamo per un giro e torniamo. Al nostro rientro la camera era stata data a qualcun altro e ci propongono un’altra camera, al quanto orrenda al primo piano, al prezzo di 6000 rupie chiediamo spiegazioni ma nulla da dire. Personale veramente incompetente. Ovviamente ce ne siamo andati e lo sconsiglieremo a tutti.
